    Terms of Service

    Last Updated: 7/29/2026

    1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and applying for or using the NeuroPractice Pro system ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. This is a Business-to-Business (B2B) agreement.

    2. Description of Service

NeuroPractice Pro provides a done-for-you client acquisition system specifically designed for NeurOptimal® practitioners. This includes funnel building, CRM configuration, automated follow-up sequences, and Facebook ad management.

    3. No Guarantees of Revenue or Results

While we use proven strategies that have worked for our own practice, NeuroPractice Pro does not guarantee any specific financial results, lead volume, or return on investment (ROI). Your success depends on various factors outside of our control, including your local market size, your ad spend budget, your sales skills, and your dedication to following up with leads. Any revenue figures cited on our website are for illustrative purposes and represent past performance of specific practices, not a guarantee of your future success.

    4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All funnels, ad copy, automation sequences, and proprietary strategies provided by NeuroPractice Pro remain the intellectual property of NeuroPractice Pro. Upon becoming a paying client, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use these assets solely for your own practice while your account is active and in good standing. You may not sell, share, or distribute our proprietary systems to other practitioners.

    5. Fees and Ad Spend

Clients are responsible for the one-time setup fee and the ongoing monthly management fee as outlined in your agreement. Ad spend is completely separate. You are solely responsible for paying Meta (Facebook) directly for all advertising costs incurred. NeuroPractice Pro is not responsible for your ad account billing, bans, or restrictions imposed by Meta.

    6. Territory Protection

NeuroPractice Pro offers territory protection for active clients. We will not take on another NeurOptimal® practitioner as a client within a 12 km radius of your primary registered clinic location as long as your monthly management retainer is active and in good standing. If you cancel or pause your service, you forfeit this exclusivity.

    7. Disclaimers & Affiliations

NeuroPractice Pro is an independent marketing and consulting service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zengar Institute Inc. or NeurOptimal®. NeurOptimal® is a registered trademark of Zengar Institute Inc. Additionally, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook™).

    8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NeuroPractice Pro, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the use of our Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

    9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
